Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
If your unit arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
